Our Services

We provide a full range of licensed asbestos removal and demolition services, specifically focused on non-friable asbestos:

Asbestos Inspections 

We carry out detailed visual inspections on residential and commercial properties to assess the presence of asbestos-containing materials. If identified, we’ll explain what it is, where it’s located, and how best to remove it in line with Queensland’s safety regulations.

Non-Friable Asbestos Removal

As a Class B licensed contractor, we are qualified and experienced in the removal of non-friable (bonded) asbestos. These materials include:

  • Super Six roofing and fencing

  • Vinyl tiles and floor adhesives

  • Asbestos cement sheeting (walls, ceilings, eaves)

  • Backing boards on electrical meter boxes

All asbestos waste is securely removed and disposed of at licensed facilities, and your site is left safe, clean, and ready for the next stage of your project.

Residential and Commercial Demolition

We offer small to mid-scale demolition services that are methodically planned and executed. This includes houses, sheds, garages, internal strip-outs, and commercial structures. Our demolition work often includes asbestos removal, meaning everything is managed under one roof—saving you time and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

What Is Asbestos

Asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral that is composed of soft and flexible fibres, that are resistant to heat and corrosion. These qualities made the mineral very useful however exposure to the asbestos is highly toxic.
There are many uses for Asbestos it can be used in cloth, paper, plastic, cement and with other materials to make it stronger, it was also used as an effective insulator .
